Florida Attorney Boy Scout Lawsuit Alleges Abuse

Tampa Personal Injury Attorney, Lawyer Michael P. Maddux made big news today when his team filed suit against the Boy Scouts. The St Pete Times reports, "The parents of three children who were molested by their Scout leader have filed a lawsuit against Boy Scouts of America and its local affiliate, saying both organizations were negligent and could have prevented the abuse."

The Tampa Tribune reported that one member of the Maddux team " recently won a $20 million verdict against the Boy Scouts. . . . A lawyer who represents the Boy Scouts of America said he could not comment on pending litigation."
